Online and Phone-In Enquiries (NOTE: Phone-In Enquiries carry an additional R 7 surcharge)
NOTE: All prices quoted exclude VAT and may change from time to time without prior notice.
An administrative fee of R7 (excl. VAT) is payable per RAS invoice issued.
RAS Credit Guarantee Fees - Debit Order Compulsory
The fee is 5 % (excl. VAT) of the initially Approved Capital Limit payable in advance. Thereafter, 3 % (excl. VAT) of the outstanding Capital Balance (provided it is within the approved parameters) as at the 1st working day of each new month.
NOTE: Should RAS Credit Guarantee be declined by RAS, an Admin Fee of R 120 (excl. VAT) is applicable.

RAS Property Rental Guarantee Fees - Debit Order Compulsory
The monthly fee rates for PRG are based on the information supplied to us at the time of application as well as the relevant background checks done by RAS. The scale of the fee ranges from 4% to 7%, (excl. VAT) depending on the risk factored in by RAS. An administrative fee of R 120 (excl. VAT) is applicable if an application for PRG is declined. Monthly payments are strictly via debit order.
