RAS Cheque Assessed Guaranteed Fees (CAG) - Debit Order Compulsory
An Annual Fee of R1 200 (excl. VAT) is applicable and is renewable annually on the sign-on date.
NOTE: Subscribing to CAG will automatically qualify you for Online Enquiry Access.
The fee is 3 % (excl. VAT) of the Cheque Value up to an amount of R30 000. If the cheque value is greater than R30 000, the percentage is to be re-negotiated prior to approval.
NOTE: Should CAG be declined by RAS, an Admin Fee of R 45 (excl. VAT) is applicable.

A flat rate of R 105 (excl. VAT) is applicable.
NOTE: Should a Cheque Clearance be declined by RAS, an Admin Fee of R 45 (excl. VAT) is applicable.
RAS Guaranteed Credit Fees - Debit Order Compulsory
An Annual Fee of R1 200 (excl. VAT) is applicable and is renewable annually on the sign-on date.
NOTE: Subscribing to GC will automatically qualify you for Consumer and Business Enquiry Access plus all our other services.
The fee is 3 % (excl. VAT) of the initially Approved Capital Limit payable in advance. Thereafter, 3 % (excl. VAT) of the outstanding Capital Balance (provided it is within the approved parameters) as at the 1st working day of each new month.
NOTE: Should GC be declined by RAS, an Admin Fee of R 105 (excl. VAT) is applicable.

A flat rate of R 105 (excl. VAT), whether Recommended or NOT, applies.
RAS Property Rental Guarantee Fees - Debit Order Compulsory
THERE ARE TWO SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS:
Option 1. There is a renewable annual registration fee of R1 200 (excl VAT) which includes Online Credit Bureau Access, Cheque (CAG) and Credit Guarantee (GC). The monthly PRG fee is payable in advance.
Option 2. A once-off Access fee is payable of R798 (incl. VAT) and this includes only Online Credit Bureau Access which is PAYU (Pay As You Use). The monthly PRG fee is payable in advance however.
The monthly fee rates for PRG in both the above options are based on the information supplied to us at the time of application as well as the relevant background checks done by RAS. The scale of the fee ranges from 4% to 7%, (excl. VAT) depending on the risk factored in by RAS. An administrative fee of R75 (excl. VAT) is applicable if an application for PRG is declined. Monthly payments are strictly via debit order.
